GUIDED WALK ALONG THE BANKS BETWEEN THE TANKS OF PRODUCTION AND VISIT TO THE SALT MUSEUM

Guided walk, which follows the perimeter of the salt pan until reaching the banks of the salting pools where the salt crystallizes, it is the same path, step by step, tub after tub, level level after level, which the sea water does to become salt, discovering the infinite shades of white of the salt, blue of the sea, gray clay and pink of the tanks.

Visit to the salt museum, to interior of an ancient mill from the 1400s, where you will discover the history and tradition of salt told by the grandchildren of the family that has managed this salt pan for generations, a journey back in time to the tiring work of production, its tools and the importance that the salt has always had in our lives.

It will be possible to taste the salt crystal and flavored fleur de sel.
